If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using our platform.

2. Description of Services & Non-Advisory Nature

QuantixAlpha provides financial analytics, portfolio optimization engines, backtesting toolkits, and AI-driven insights software. QuantixAlpha does not provide personalized investment advice, wealth management, or financial planning services. All calculations and outputs are strictly informational.

3. User Accounts & Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and keep your credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account login.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations

Certain features require a paid subscription (e.g., Pro Plan):

• Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle.
• Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer law.
• Fee Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with prior notice provided via email or site banner.

5. Prohibited Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract underlying source code or algorithms from QuantixAlpha.
• Use automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to access data without express written permission.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication controls, or site security measures.
• Resell, redistribute, or license access to QuantixAlpha features to unauthorized third parties.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, algorithm designs, user interface code, graphics, branding, trademarks, and original content on QuantixAlpha are the exclusive property of Cadmus Solutions LLC and are protected under international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

7. Account Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.

8. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cadmus Solutions LLC, its officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or legal costs arising out of your use of QuantixAlpha or violation of these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cadmus Solutions LLC shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Governing Law & Modifications

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Cadmus Solutions LLC. We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued usage of the site following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance.
